P23
Kuroyanagi: The winner is… Pantasia!!// This could be called a “Miracle Level” bread roll!
Chapter 214: The Second Hand Shake

P24
Kirisaki: Wh…what!?
---
Meister: No way…
---
Azuma: Alright!
---
Tsukino: He did it!

P25
Random guy: But you know… isn’t this judge a little weird?
Other Random Guy: I thought so too
---
Bystander: An amazing bread like Pain Perdu Pastis is a much higher level of bread than a bread roll right? // I just can’t believe it…
---
Kuroyanagi: It seems a lot of the audience members have an issue with the result…
---
Kuroyanagi: It’s not really hard to understand the feeling of dismay when a bread from the lowest category defeats a bread of the highest level…
---
Kuroyanagi: However…

P26
Kuroyanagi; If you look at this, I think you can agree with me a little
---
Crowd: That bread roll is so beautiful…// The inside of the bread is shining like a jewel

P27
Crowd: I've seen bread that's had eggs added to it turn golden lots of times before but.. // But I've never seen a bread that's had it's white parts shine like that!
----
Kanmuri: I haven't seen anything like that either..
------
Kanmuri: How in the world did Azuma-kun make something like that?
-----
Kuroyanagi: I'm pretty sure that most of you have never seen a bread like this.

P28
Kuroyanagi: The reason for that shining is that this is the state called “Flower of Platinum!”
-----
Kuroyanagi: It is said only to appear when using the highest level wheat flour that has been raised to the greatest condition to make a dough at the perfect temperature.
-----
Guy on the right: making the highest level into the best condition to the perfect..
Guy on the light: It's that amazing of a bread roll?
-----
Kuroyanagi: Even for someone as experienced as I, this is the first time I've seen it

P29
Kuroyanagi: Azuma, how in the world did you complete such a fantastic bread like this?
----
Azuma: I didn't do anything as great as completing it.
----
Azuma: Tsukuba's speciality product wheat flour “Kantou #130” is already the highest level wheat flour.
----
Azuma: The ovens in this trailer are really good quality themselves. I didn't really invent any special temperature, I didn't really invent any special technique, the oven kept the optimal temperature by itself.
-----
Azuma: All I did was complete the wheat flour

P30
Azuma: I soaked it in oil that I pressed from Ibaraki's Rakkasei.
-----
Kuroyanagi: Rakkasei!?
----
Kuroyanagi: I see... so that's it
----
Guy on the right: Rakkasei are just normal peanuts right?
Middle: That oil's just regular peanut oil right?
Left: Just by soaking it in that the dough became the best condition
----
Kuroyanagi: That's because..

P31
Kuroyanagi: Oil made from Rakkasei is very rich in vitamin E!
-----
Kuroyanagio you now about the udon rich in vitamin E that's been popular here lately?
little box: This product made possible by the cooperation of data gathered by the noodles “Longevity Udon Plus E”
----
Guy on the right: Aah, that udon that has a little more elastic than normal? // That's because there is vitamin E in it huh
Kuroyanagi: Ahem.

P32
Kuroyanagi: Because Vitamin E is a strong antioxidatant, it's not only good for health and beauty, it's said to be able to make wheat flour more elastic and consistent but...
----
Kuroyanagi: Unfortunately when the flour is milled, the germ which is rich is nutrients gets destroyed, as does it's ability to hold Vitamin E
Picture
Up: Wheat flour cross section
Left: Milling
Right: Germ
----
Kuroyanagi: Azuma must have figured out a way to add vitamin e to the wheat flour in this condition.
----
Right: Wow
Left: That's impressive

P33
Kuroyanagi: However Azuma, even though that idea is really amazing, with just that you can't make a dough like this.
----
Kuroyanagi: Did you think of something else too?
Azuma: That's right
----
Azuma: The wheat flour drenced in Rakkasei I just mentioned was only one part.
----
Azuma: The rest was baked, smoked, and boiled and then the three types were mixed!
Kuroyanagi: That's it!!

P34
Kuroyanagi: The baked wheat flour's fragrance level increased, the smoked wheat flours smell got better, and the boiled wheat flour's gelatinized and increased the taste.
----
Kuroyanagi: You took all of their good points and used them to make the perfect wheat flour right?
Azuma: That's about it
----
Kuroyanagi: Very well done Azuma!!
----
Kuroyanagi: Using Tsukuba's speciality products of top grade wheat flour and using the rakksei's good points to their maximum, you have made the ultimate bread roll!

P35
Kuroyanagi: Well now, is there anyone who has a problem with this ruling?
Of course not! // Amazing!! // You're the best!!
----
Kanmuri: It's really amazing. That's Azuma for you. It's a complete victory
-----
Kanmuri: Now, if Kirisaki fulfills his promise, Kawachi-san and Meister-san will go back to normal..
Kawachi: Ugg..
-----
Kawachi: Azuma won.. right?
Kanmuri: Kawachi-san!
Tsukino: Kanmuri-san.

P36
Tsukino: Meister-san has also returned to his senses!
Meister: Ugg.. what in the world...
----
Kanmuri: Great!
----
Kanmuri: Although I am a little surprised that Kirisaki fulfilled his promise so easily.
----
Manager: I don't get it but.
----
Manager: No matter how evil he becomes, he's a baker. // I think after seeing such an amazing bread, there was nothing he could do but accept defeat and fulfill his promise.

P37
No text

P38
Azuma: What do you want!?
Kirisaki: Heh.. // Don't make such a scary face.
----
Kirisaki: I fulfilled my promise to you right?
----
Kirisaki: Could I have the honor of shaking hands with the baker who has made such a wonderful bread?
----
Azuma: No way!

P39
Azuma: I refuse to shake hands with a person like you!
----
Kirisaki: I see..
----
Kirisaki: You said that at the Monaco Cup as well, this is the second time you've turned down my handshake
Flash back: Kirisaki: Comgatulations
Azuma: Sorry but I can't shake hands with you. // Sorry
----
Kirisaki: Well then, can you shake hands with me now?
----
Kirisaki: I've finally remembered

P40
Kirisaki: It's been a while.. It's really been a while Azuma Kazuma-kun!
----
Azuma: You.. You're...

Hi dosukoi7,

for this chapter, I'd like to make the following minor suggestions:

P29
Azuma: The oven's (...). I didn't really invent any special temperature, I just used the one it was set to.
-> The ovens (...). I didn't really invent any special technique, the oven kept the optimal temperature by itself.

P30
Azuma: I soaked it in oil that I pressed from Ibaraki's Rakkasei.

-> I think just "peanuts" would be fine as well. It'd also justify the reaction of the audience at knowing that Azuma used such a trivial ingredient. "Rakkasei" is no special peanut, just the Japanese word for it, as I'm pretty sure you know ^^ Just like "bareisho" means "potato" and "toumorokoshi" means "corn" ^^

P32
Kuroyanagi: Because Vitamin E has strong oxidation properties(...) it's said to be able to make wheat flour more elastic but...
-> Because Vitamin E is a strong antioxidant (...) it's said to be able to make wheat flour more elastic and consistent but...

Note: if it were a strong oxidant, your health would be in danger! ;) This is related to free radicals and stuff ^^

It's a pleasure to read a good translation like yours ^^ Thanks a bunch for your excellent work! ^^
