i decided to concentrate on building the bodies for now

today we had no morning practice so the menu is a bit light

くり返すシャトルラン
what theyre doing now is the continous stop & dash shuttle run

インターバルで
５０セットです
they do this 50 sets at a time


ちなみに夜間は
自主練を設けて
ありますから
and ive prepared individual training for everybody to do at night
　個人的な
　スキルアップは
　各自でやって
　もらいます
everybody is responsible for improving their own individual skill

they still have little experience facing strong opponents
