Flashing Death Omen Star

Pan Yuling
What is it?

You want to go find Charles?

Did something happen to him?

Kenshirou
Charles…

Pan Yuling
Do you have a bad premonition?

Kenshirou
Yuling…

Do you see that small flashing star by the seven stars of the Big Dipper?

Yuling
No, I…

…don’t see anyth-…

Kenshirou!

Kenshirou
The name of that star is the Death Omen.

According to Hokuto lore, the star signals an impending death.

Death Omen star…

…I wonder if it’s looming over Charles’s head…

Liu Feiyan
Farewell, Charles.

It seems that you can’t possibly protect what’s most important to me.

Charles de Guise
站住!
Stop!

I am not ashamed…

Demon Death Bird of Jishizi Shengquan…

What was it that caused

a man like you to cry again?

Liu Feiyan
Well, you’re going to die anyway,

so, I’ll tell you.

It is a

Erika!
young girl, Erika!

Charles de Guise
Erika…
Erika…I’ve never heard this name, why do you have to send her to me?

Liu Feiyan
因為Erika她…
Because Erika

is the Book of Hope!

Charles de Guise
Wha…what?

Liu Feiyan
The original Book of Hope no longer exists! However

that child memorized all of it!

Charles de Guise
How…how is that possible?

That’s very difficult!

Liu Feiyan
If the Nazis found out about this, Erika would forever be in danger.

Sidetext (Heil Hitler!)

But, secrets can’t stay secret forever.

When that time comes, who will protect Erika?

The enemies are the Nazis!

Charles de Guise
So that’s how it is.

Since it’s come to this…

SFX (唔啊 Ah!)

Liu Feiyan
You…what are you doing?

SFX (呼 *strained breathing*)

Charles de Guise
If I do this,

I can temporarily close the wound and stop it from expanding!

Liu Feiyan
You…why did you do that?

Even if you do that, you’re just delaying the inevitable!

Why suffer?

It’s like going through hell!

Charles de Guise
It’s not because of pain or sadness…

I was going to tell you about a man who can protect Erika…

Liu Feiyan
Is he stronger than me?

Is there actually such a person in this planet?

Charles de Guise
有!
Yes!

His name is…

Kasumi Kenshirou!

He is my friend and a master of Beidou Shenquan (Hokuto Shinken)!
