I taught the students in my grad school class how to make Black tea pork.
After putting the tea bag in the boiling water, bind the meat with string so it won’t fall apart.
Honey will bring out the flavor.
Add kitchen pepper to the mix and let it simmer
Add rice wine vinegar and soy sauce, leave it to simmer, and the marinade is made.
Seal the meat in a bag and add the marinade.
Leave it in the refrigerator to cool for half a day.
