Getting sick because of lack of exercise leads to decreasing muscle mass, and the body becomes more susceptible to oedema – which is why I started going to the gym. Because I don’t exercise my back very much, gym equipment is a good choice for me! Plus I can watch TV at the same time. I’m always exhausted mentally, and when I tire myself out physically I can’t go to sleep, that doesn’t seem like a good sign (sweat)
