- The various processes of thinking up a story.

- Make Sweet
- This story was “I want to draw something about a sweets making club”. For me, young men are a little hard to draw, but when I started drawing it was like “Isn’t this good?”, shouted “hurray!” and jumped for joy. That’s what I remember.

- Sugarbaby love
- This story was “I want to draw the feelings of a couple when they first start dating”. I remember that I got to do a colour insert for the first time ever, and painted while enduring many difficulties. (I’m not very good with colour painting)

- Meganegoshi no Kimi
- This was “I want to draw a serious guy in glasses”. It was my first work after I debuted, and the oldest work in this compilation. I’m clumsy and not very good with using the ruler. The glasses in this work were all drawn freehand.

- This is different from the other works. At first I decided “I want to draw about falling in love with a teacher”. But when I started working on the story, I remember thinking “oh no, I’m really bad with this kind of theme…”. I didn’t have the confidence to draw a story where love and blessings came from all round. I drew it over and over, putting in my own thoughts and feelings, and it became a profound work.
