Title: File 10 The Found Stronghold

02

Fujimaru: No matter where I look I can't find any unusual code.
Fujimaru: But...

Fujimaru: This stillness is unnatural.
Fujimaru: He's plotting something.

Fujimaru: Somewhere...
Fujimaru: Something...

Yajima: Be careful, Fujimaru-kun.
Yajima: He managed to rewrite the gas company's system without security noticing.

Yajima: He's clearly no ordinary hacker.

Fujimaru: Yeah...I know.
Fujimaru: Here I go...
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type*

03

Fujimaru: I've made it to the main system's firewall.

Fujimaru: ...Okay.
Fujimaru: I'm through!!

Yajima: So you've made it in safely...
Yajima: How are things?

Fujimaru: ...Odd.

Fujimaru: This is the heart of a huge system that supplies gas throughout Kantou.
Fujimaru: There should be hundreds of root users accessing this "place"...

04

Fujimaru: And yet...
Fujimaru: I can't see a single root user moving in here.
Fujimaru: There's...no one here.

Yajima: Did Kirishima contact them and have them get out?

Fujimaru: If he didn't...
Fujimaru: then this is...

05

Fujimaru: Shit!!
Fujimaru: I'm in his grasp!!

Yajima: What!?
Fujimaru: It's a fake used to make it look like nothing's wrong!

Fujimaru: He rewrote the entire system and put it under his control.
Fujimaru: No...I expected that much!!

Fujimaru: But I didn't think he'd construct a virtual system...
Fujimaru: that looks exactly like the gas company's system from the inside in order to keep the root users from noticing!!

Fujimaru: And I went right in!!
Fujimaru: Damn it!!

Peter: ...So you've noticed.

06-07

Peter: But unfortunately...
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type*
Peter: It's...

Peter: too late.

Peter: This is...
Peter: my territory.

08

Fujimaru: Damn it! He's closed up the entrance.
Fujimaru: Is there no other route...?

Fujimaru: There has to be!

Peter: No matter where you go, it's useless.
Peter: There's no way out.

Fujimaru: Damn iiiiit!

SFX: *type* *type*
SFX: *type*

09

Peter: Heh.
Peter: So you used another computer to hack open a door from the outside.
Peter: Not bad.

10

Peter: But...

Peter: Do you really think you've gotten away?
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type* * type*

Yajima: Y-you made it out.
Yajima: ...Didn't you?

Otoya: ...Fujimaru.
Otoya: Are we in trouble?

Otoya: ...We are, aren't we?

11

Yajima: H-hey, Otoya-kun!?
Yajima: What are you...?

Otoya: Getting ready to withdraw!
Otoya: If Fujimaru doesn't manage to get away...
Otoya: they might come here...!

Yajima: H-hey, now. I don't think it's that ba-
Otoya: Don't be so naive!

Otoya: If Fujimaru's captured, they'll find us.
Otoya: They'll get his IP address, hack into the ISP, and get our personal information.
Otoya: Then they'll know where we are!

Yajima: This is bad...
Yajima: They'll have our location and the personal information from the contract...!!

12

Yajima: Wait a second!!
Yajima: It's my information on that contract!
Fujimaru: ...Yeah, it is.
Fujimaru: But you can just leave it behind.
Yajima: I can't do that!
Text above Yajima: Waaah!

Fujimaru: This is really bad...
Fujimaru: He could completely take over my computer.

Fujimaru: Worst case...
Fujimaru: he could get the "Falcon Echelon," too!!

13

14

SFX: Ksh

SFX: *jump*
Hansel: What is it, Peter?

Peter: He's better than I thought.
Peter: He got away.
Peter: He knocked out the power to the gas company's system.
Peter: It's a bit of an overbearing style, but the hunt is over all the same.

Hansel: You're letting him go?
Peter: Yeah.

Peter: I...
Peter: actually wanted to completely take over his system.
Peter: But...
Peter: I got his IP.
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type*

15

Peter: I've found his stronghold.

Hansel: So...
Hansel: What are you going to do?
Peter: The 7th unit can be there in 10 minutes.

Peter: I'm sending them.
Peter: I want him dead or alive... We have to take care of anyone who gets in our way.
Hansel: Hmm...
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type*
SFX: *type*

SFX: *type*

Peter: You are detected!

16

Yajima: H-hey, Fujimaru-kun!
Yajima: Do you know how long it'll take them to get here?
Fujimaru: How would I know that!?
Fujimaru: I don't know where they are!!

Fujimaru: But... I'm sure they've found this room using your personal information, Yajima-san!

Otoya: I've finished loading up everything important.
Otoya: All that's left is the host program and the data for the "Falcon Echelon".
Fujimaru: OK.
Fujimaru: Damn it. Hurry up and finish copying!
Otoya: I wish I hadn't packed up the USB 3.0 card! But then there's the HDD...

Fujimaru: ...Otoya?
Fujimaru: What's that?
Otoya: Can't you tell? It's a hammer.

17

Otoya: When that's done copying, I'll destroy the computer.
Otoya: And the hard disk inside.

Fujimaru: ...Argh.
Fujimaru: It's a shame, but I guess we have no choice.
Fujimaru: We can't let them get their hands on the "Falcon Echelon".

SFX: *turn*

18

Otoya: ...A large black van.
Otoya: The windows are tinted...

Yajima: Y-you mean they've actually come!?

Yajima: Damn it... This is outside my area of expertise...
Otoya: Yajima-san...
Otoya: When I run out of arrows, give that to me.

Yajima: ...Don't be ridiculous.
Yajima: Even if it's loaded with shock rounds, I can't let you have it.
Yajima: Kanou gave it to me...
Yajima: but I don't really want it...

19

Yajima: Fujimaru-kun.
Yajima: Otoya-kun and I are going to fight back.
Yajima: Once it's done copying, climb down and run away!

Fujimaru: Eh?
Fujimaru: B-but...
Otoya: Don't think about anything you don't have to.

Otoya: Just think about...
Otoya: getting away with the Echelon.

Fujimaru: O...
Fujimaru: Okay...
