Title: Chapter 27 Prisoner

06

Shinkurou: He's...

Shinkurou: my predecessor...?

Shinkurou: Wait...
Shinkurou: I've never heard of him...

Shinkurou: I've been a student of "Houzuki" for 8 years...
Shinkurou: and I've never met him!!

Ginko: Of course.
Ginko: He was excommunicated from "Houzuki" 12 years ago.

07

Ginko: And...they made it so a student names Akama Seki was "never there".

Shinkurou: Why would they do that?

Ginko: I don't know.
Ginko: But it's clear he carried a grudge against "Houzuki".

Ginko: Enough of one to set fire to their mansion.

08

Shinkurou: Even that fire...
Shinkurou: was him...?

Shinkurou: Don't worry...
Shinkurou: I'll protect you, Chi-chan.

Shinkurou: I'll never let anything scary happen to you again.

09

Bianca: Seki-sama.
Bianca: She's ready.

Seki: I see.

Seki: You're beautiful, Yuu-chan.
Seki: It's like we've gone back to the old days.

10

Seki: The last time I saw you, you were 5 years old.

Seki: Back then, you followed me around wherever I went.

Seki: You truly adored me...

Yuuno: Please don't touch me.

11

Yuuno: Big broth-...
Yuuno: What do you want with "Houzuki"...?

Primula: Don't misunderstand.

Primula: He's one of the Akuu Company's leading soldiers-for-hire..."Red Cap".
Primula: He destroys his enemies with nothing but pure power...
Primula: and their blood beautifully dyes his hair.

Primula: I'm sure you understand.

Primula: From the beginning, this had nothing to do with his connections to "Houzuki".

Primula: This was merely...
SFX: Rinnng

12

Primula: ...Yes.
Primula: That's right.

Primula: Red Cap-sama.
Primula: He will be arriving soon.

Seki: Understood,
Seki: Primula.

Seki: Are you thinking of HIM?

Seki: I thought so.
Seki: After all, you came here without resistance...
Seki: so as to not involve him in this any further.

13

Yuuno: Promise me...
Yuuno: that you won't do anything to Shinkurou-san.

Seki: Of course I won't.
Seki: He's you're precious family, isn't he?

Seki: As long as you behave and stay here, that is.

Sign: Samidare

Shinkurou: Thank you, Ginko.

14

Shinkurou: You've been a huge help...
Shinkurou: by finding where Yuuno-san is so quickly.

Ginko: Do you have any chance of succeeding?

Shinkurou: ...No.

Shinkurou: Being a dispute mediator isn't about winning or losing.

Ginko: That doesn't sound very convincing coming from you.

15

Shinkurou: Take care of Chi-chan.

Ginko: Wait.

Ginko: Your tie is twisted.
Shinkurou: Eh?
Shinkurou: Oh...thanks.

Ginko: Ok.

Ginko: Get going.

Murasaki: Are you ready?

16

Murasaki: Then let's go,
Murasaki: Shinkurou!

Shinkurou: Wh-what are you saying!?
Shinkurou: There's no way I can take you with me...!!

Murasaki: This is a race against time, right?

Murasaki: Then leave it to me, Kuhouin Murasaki!

17

Bianca: He's here.
Bianca: Go tell Seki-sama.

Seki: Well...let's go,
Seki: Yuu-chan.

18

Seki: No...
Seki: "Houzuki Yuuno".

Seki: I'll be handing you over to the client.

Seki: This client...

Seki: was seeking a living member of the "Houzuki".

Seki: Did you think I did this based on my personal feelings?
Seki: Well, I didn't.

19

Seki: I'm part of the Akuu Company.
Seki: This was all business.

Primula: Stand up.

Yuuno: When you were with the Houzuki...

Yuuno: was the kindness you showed to me and my family...
Yuuno: all an act, too?

Yuuno: Understood...

20

Yuuno: Farewell,
Yuuno: big brother.

SFX: *close*

21

Client: Oh...

Client: Is that beautiful young lady her?
Primula: Yes.

Client: Wonderful!
Client: So this lady is of the bloodline of "Houzuki", one of the inner thirteen families and the possessor of that "Fighting Demon Horn"...!

Client: Heh heh...
Client: I need to investigate this.

Primula: Don't resist.

Primula: If you do...
Primula: you know what will happen.

Client: So our transaction is complete.
Client: Then without delay...

22

Client: Wh...!!
Client: What's that!!?

23

Pilot: We're above the landing point, Murasaki-sama.
Pilot: Fasten your seat belt.

Murasaki: Shinkurou.

Shinkurou: It's okay.
Shinkurou: I'm going.

24

Murasaki: Heh heh.

Murasaki: That was a good luck charm to keep you from trembling!

25

Shinkurou: Thank you, Murasaki.

Bianca: ...It seems you're here to get Houzuki Yuuno back.

26

Bianca: It's useless...
Bianca: Don't you know that you were only allowed to live because you were weak?

Shinkurou: I know.

Shinkurou: I am weak.

Shinkurou: I'm weaker than him or Yuuno-san.
Shinkurou: There are plenty of other people I'm weaker than.

Shinkurou: But "Houzuki" and the person who taught me how to do this job know it isn't about that.
Shinkurou: There's something beyond strength and beyond whether you win or lose.

Shinkurou: That's what I'm fighting for.

27

Bianca: A member of the Akuu Company,
Bianca: "Octagon Staff" Bianca.

Eugenie: A member of the Akuu Company,
Eugenie: "Ripping Claws" Eugenie.

Bianca: Here we come!!

28

Eugenie: ...An iron geta?

Shinkurou: Ah...!

Shinkurou: Tamaki-san!!
Shinkurou: Lin-san!!

29

Tamaki: I'm gonna make you let me join in this time!
Tamaki: That's why I'm here.

Lin: I'm here on Murasaki-sama's orders.
Lin: I'm to provide backup for you.

Lin: Go,
Lin: Kurenai.

Bianca: Ah!!

Eugenie: What are you doing, Bianca!?
Eugenie: Don't let him by!!

Lin: I will be your opponent.

30

Client: Wh...

Client: What's going on? Isn't the Akuu Company supposed to keep anyone from interfering!?
Client: Do you know how much I paid for this!?

Primula: Do not worry.

Yuuno: Why...?

Yuuno: Why...!?

31

Seki: ...So you came.
Seki: As I thought, you're the same as me.

Seki: I have only one wish.
Seki: That we fight.

Seki: Let's finish this.
