Otoya: I'll stay with Ryuunosuke-san.
Otoya: I'll contact you if anything happens.

Fujimaru: ...Otoya.
Otoya: ...What are you intending to do?
Hibiki: Me?

Hibiki: I'll go with Fujimaru-kun.

Otoya: ...Fujimaru.
Otoya: Some of the relief squad will go with you as guards.
Fujimaru: B-but...

16

Otoya: Don't let your guard down.

Otoya: Don't forget.
Otoya: She's a soldier who could easily take your life.

Otoya: And we don't know what she's after.

Otoya: Don't take your eyes off...
Otoya: of Mizusawa Hibiki.

Box: 10/14 (Wed) 14:22:03 Time until the "Third Emperor" detonates...1Hour 30 Minutes 35 Seconds
Kanou: The terrorists set the timer and then fled to get out of the area the nuclear blast will affect.
Fujimaru: We have an hour and a half; can't we take it out and dismantle it!?

Kanou: ...No.
Kanou: From what I know, the detonator is a special one made by the Russian army that detonates from even a slight vibration.
Kanou: Taking it out of here would be absurd.

Kanou: If it detonates, the damage will be enormous.
Kanou: A nuclear explosion under the middle of Tokyo would create a giant crater that would cause a cave-in.
Kanou: And...the radiation would completely devastate the capital.

20

Kanou: "Falcon",
Kanou: There's something I want to ask of you.
Fujimaru: Eh?

Kanou: Stop this...
Kanou: troublesome emperor from waking up!
