Kirishima: Also, they took the nuclear material, Plutonium-239, from the "Third Emperor"!
Kirishima: They have taken over the fast-breeder reactor in order to use the plutonium as fuel!!

Kirishima: It ties all of their terrorist attacks starting with the gas terrorism together.

Kirishima: With their first attack, they stopped the gas supply.

Kirishima: so the fast-breeder reactor normally only used for experiments was brought up to full speed.

Kirishima: if they chuck the plutonium into that reactor...
