I got a fuckton of this done today. To be fair, none of these chapters were like horribly dense like the first few.

[Ring 15 Translation by Kewl0210]
Page 155:
Sum: Th... The poll loves yooou......?
Wha......?
Man this guy's got some weird names...
Title: Ring15: "Rodeo"...!!
Sum: He threw it back?!
At this distance----
Aka: Summeeeer!!
You ready?
Ready to give up on Asuka-chan......?
Sum: ......Hmph.
I hope you are...

Page 156:
Aka: PUAH!
SFX: GOH
Sum: !?
AIH!
Title: Ring15: "Rodeo"...!!

Page 157:
Sum: OW~~~~
Ken: You pack of idiots!
Aka: Wha~~ What're ya doing, Ken-san?!
Ken: I heard about why you're fighting from Saori.
Geez...
Don't waste our important practice time with stupid bullshit like this...! We need to use this time wisely, we have a big meet coming up......
Aka: No, not at all, general! In a way, this is just as important as a meet!
Ken: Quit calling me general...
Sum: Heeeey, Saoriiiii!!
Okay, listen up, you...! I'm gonna give you some advice as your future big brother!!
Don't tattle on other people's business!
Saori: Who the heck's a future big brother?!
I'd seriously rather that not happen.

Page 158:
Ken: Okaaaaaay, practice guys, c'mon!!
Do some jogging followed by some spritns!!
Then practice in 3-man groups!!
Aka: Dammi~~~t! I was finally gonna get my chance to look cool~~~~...
Asuka: .........Hoh.
I don' really get wha's goin' on, but I'm glad it's over......
In Bubble: Without them fightin'.
Miyuki: Heey, Asuka! What're you doing? Aren't you gonna go chance...?
Asuka: Ah, right. Sorry, I'll go get ready.
Sum: .....Hey!
Are you running away, Aka-chan...?
Aka: ......Hm?
Aka-chan?
T/N: Aka-chan, in addition to being a condescending name for a person named Aka, is a word for baby.

Page 159:
Sum: So you're stopping because the captain said so...?
You sure do what you're told a lot...
A real easily taught baby, aren't you?
Aka: What'd you say...?
Toki: Hey, knock it off, Summeeeer!
Sum: Sheddeeeep! The starting gong's already rung! Like hell I can stop now!!
Izumi: Give it up, Summeeeer.
You can't beat Aka.
Not in Ring or in a fight...
Sum: You shut up, chinpira coach!!
Or chinko, for short!!
Izumi: Chinko?!
T/N: Chimpira is a hoodlum or a small-time yakuza. Chinko is slang for penis.

Page 160:
Sum: This guy was able to imitate my technique that I worked so desperately to learn, the Super-Long Special Great Hurricane Bomber Shoot II......["Super-Long Special Great Hurricane Bomber Shoot II" big/bold/white like in the middle font]
like it was nothing......!!
Toki: You seriously call it that?!!
Sum: And while my pride has let out a scream of pain...
I think you've lit the flame of my competitive spirit! Me, the one that hates losing more than anyone else in the world...!!
Toki: Aaaaah... This is hopeless.
His switch has been totally flicked......
When he gets like this, Summer won't stop until he's won.....
Aka: Okay, got it.
I understand, Summeeeeer!

Page 161:
Aka: Izumi-chan, please give me just 5 minutes.
I'll make sure this is over soon.
Izumi: .........
Ken: You can just let 'em do it, Izumi-san!
Let's get practice started!!
Izumi: .....Sheesh.
.........
Go ahead, if you want.
Let's go, Tokita!
Jogging!!
Toki: Eh...? But......
Izumi: It'll be an even worse shock if people are watching...
Especially for him...
Isn't that right?
Toki: ...........

Page 162:
Aka: Okaaay, then.
SFX: ZAH ZAH
Aka: It was gonna be a shooting match, right, Summer?
Can I just say one thing before we get started?
I just can't keep it in any longer.
Sum: !
OBUA!!
SFX: BAKYA

Page 163:
SFX: GAH
AKa: Okay, listen up, Summer!
SFX: GUI
AKa: People calling me Aka-chan gets me way more hyper-pissed than anything else...!
Okay?!
Don't call me Aka-chan again, you shitty brat...!!
Got it?
......Okay then,
let's get the match started!
SFX: DOH
Aka: A... Aa~~~~ that made me feel a bit better~~~
I've been dyin' to punch that guy.
Sum: .........
SFX: JI~~N

Page 164:
SUm: ............Huh? ......What was that...? How'd I get hit? ......W...... Waih, aht can' be......
Did I say somethin' rash...?
Did I really hurt this guy without knowing it?
I...
I don't really get it, but I'm sorryyyyy!
Aka-chin!!
Ala: Wh-Who're you calling Aka-chin, dammit!!
Sum: Then Kuro-chin!!
T/N: -Chin is an affectionate alteration of -chan. Kuro means black, as opposed to Aka meaning red.
Guys: ...............
What're those two doing...?
Yumi: Uh, I think Aka just punched Summer......
Ken: Just ignore 'em.
Aka: Okay, Summeeeeeer,
We'll do a 5-point "free throw" match!
This is your specialty, right?
However, I get to decide how we throw them.

Page 165:
Sum: Hey, hey, for real? Aka-chi~~~~n,
at this point there's no chance at all I'm gonna miss any free throws......
Hm?
How we throw it?
Aka: There's no way in hell a beginner's gonna beat me...
And I'm gonna show you why, Summeeeeer.
Here's our first shot...
SFX: SU...
Aka: This is a throwing style called an "in-throw".
It's the most commonly used and most popular style. Most people doing ring tosses and frisbee throw this way...
You start with an inward stance then you throw it as you move outward. That's why it's called an "in-throw".
Among the many ways to throw, this one's the easiest to control...
So you could consider it the easy-style of throwing.
SFX: BIH

Page 166:
SFX: SUKON
Aka: There...
You're up next, Summer.
Sum: !
Aka: Try to get a ringer with the same shot as me.
Sum: An in-throw, huh...?
Hmph... that'll be a cinch...!
URYA!
Aka: Hm......
Pretty good.
SFX: SHUH
Sum: ORAA!!
Didja see that one, Taka-chin?!!
It's 1 to 1!!
SFX: DOH
Aka: The trial
starts here, Summeeeeer.

Page 167:
Aka: For the 2nd shot, we'll do the opposite of the 1st shot...
In other words, we'll take an outward stance,
and do an "out-throw"...!!
SFX: SU...
Sum: Nu...?
Aka: They say it's several times more difficult to control than the in-throw...
SHIH!
SFX: FUWAH
SFX: GAH
Sum: ............
Aka: Okay, now you give it a try, Summer.
SFX: BAIN

Page 168:
Sum: N...
No problem...!!
No matter how you make the throwing style, I haven't got the teensiest intention to miss at this range!!
HERE IT GOOOOOOES!
Aka: Heey, that's not the throwing style!! ["Heey" big.]
Handwritten: HEEY!
Sum: Hm?
Aka: Here, like this.
Sum: Hm? Like this.
It's kinda hard to hold it this way...
This'll make it 2 to 2!!
AWW RIIIGHT! Take theiis!!
SFX: UORYAA BUNN

Page 169:
Sum: Huh?
Aka: GR
IN...
Okay, next...
Sum: Going straight to the next one, you bastard?!! And why the hell were those letters for "grin" so damn big?!!
SHI~~~~~~t...... I aimed and everything before I threw it......
but it went in a totally different direction...!!
Aka: Then there's the "under-throw" that's released from below.
This...
is a throw that's actually used pretty often in matches.
SFX: SU...

Page 170:
Aka: Throw 3!
SFX: SHUH
SFX: KAH
Sum: ...............
SFX: BAM
Sum: B.....
Bastard...
............
Aim carefully...
Concentrate...
SFX: SHUH

Page 171:
SFX: GAH BAM BAM
Aka: Okay, next,
4th throw.
Sum: .............
Aka: The bounce throw!
Literally a throw where the ring bounces.
It's a throw used pretty often when you're passing and you wanna get around an opponent,
but it's barely ever used when you're shooting.
Also you can't really use it on rainy days.
We're gonna make this 4th shot the hardest one.
You need to concentrate for it...

Page 172:
Aka: HM!
SFX: BAM
Aka: All right...
SFX: DOH
Aka: Niiiiice ooone!!
Handwritten: How 'bout that?
NGU~~~~
Sum: -------

Page 173:
Sum: You piece 'a shiiiit!!
Box: Summeeeer, 4th shot----
Sum: BUH
SFX: BECHI BAM
Narration: Failure----
Sum: A~~~...
Aka: .........
Narration: At this point......
it couldn't affect who won or lost, but... they move on to the 5th shot----
Aka: This is the last one, Summeeeer.
Narration: Aka's shot would shock anyone......
Aka: I'm gonna show you a throw...
totally different from what we've done so far!
Sum: !

Page 174:
Aka: Normally, no matter how you throw a ring----
SFX: SU...
Aka: it will "rotate" the same way...
Diagram: Clockwise
Counterclockwise
Aka: Either clockwise or counterclockwise.
But what we're gonna do here is use another kind of "rotation".
Where the ring rotates "vertically" from its level position...!!
Sum: This is a stance...?
How do you throw it...?
Aka: It has a sloppier and more wild impression compared to a normal rotation, so-----
this throwing style is called a "rodeo throw"... [quote big/bold]

Page 175:
Yumi: Hm?
Ah...
That's...
A "rodeo"?!
What?!
We're gonna get to see Aka's rodeo!
Toki: Rodeo...?
What's that?
Misugi: For real?
You: .........
Aka: Here the shot!

Page 176:
SFX: PIH
SFX: SHARURURURURU
Sum: That's the rotation--------?!!
SFX: GAPA

page 177:
Guys: UOAAaaaaah!
He got a ringeeer!!
No waaay!
How?!
That might've been the first time I've ever seen somebody score a rodeo shot in real life!!
Awesome!
SFX: AAAAAAAAAAA
You: ............
On top of that it had a negative rotation...
Ken: The fact that he can score a shot like that.....
is what's so ominous about Aka...

Page 178:
Aka: So basically, Summeeeer,
I'm not gonna ask you to try to do that...
but remember this.
There are dozens of ways to throw a ring besides these, too...
You've only mastered 1... no, 0.5 of those.
...That's the whole of it...
Aka: P... Point 5 ways?!
I can't do all of them but the in-thow I can...
Aka: do you have the same control with your left hand? ["left hand" in italics.]
Sum: !

Page 179:
Aka: Unless you can do the same throw with your weaker hand,
you can't do much in an actual match......
By the way I'm actually......
good with my "left hand"...!! [quote bold]
So basically, this match----
Sum: Wait.
Aka: Hm?
Sum: I've......
I've still got this last throw left, ya know...
Aka: Huh?
What...
are you talking about...?
Toki: Well.....
That's
You: Summer for you.
Sum: The Rodem, right? ...What do you say about if I score that one... ["right" is the only word not-bold block font.]
I win the whole thing?

Parentheses: (Until I made Ring (5))
Pargraph: Anyhow, what sport was I gonna do... My first idea was, the first thing that'd probably come to mind for anybody, a 'ball game'. There are so many sports that use a ball already, but I still put a lot of effort into coming up with one. Could you do something with a super-ball sort thing where it bounces all over the place? Or maybe go in another direction and use a table tennis ball or a soft-ball tennis ball, some relatively light ball, could I make something like that work? That sorta thing...... I thought the actual tools should be something I'm really familiar with. I don't play the sports you use a soccer ball or a volleyball or a golf ball with, so never used them, but I'm the type who likes to have those things lying around my house (Uh, not sure why that is.). Uh, anyhow, yeah... (Hehe). It felt good when I touched a volleyball, I tried dribbling a soccer ball and I liked standing on and trying to balance on it (I still have no idea what's going on here...). I felt like throwing and kicking things was a pretty instinctual thing. Like if you're in a wide-open space and there's a baseball around, you just wanna throw it. If there's a soccer ball around, you wanna kick it. This is a bit of a digression, but when I was in high school I used to kick volleyballs around in the gym for fun a lot. Volleyballs are light, so if you kick them hard they'll really change shape which I thought was kinda funny. ...Though you don't normally kick a volleyball, so my teachers got mad at me a lot.
And sometimes on the train, I'd see those lacrosse... uh, what is it? That rod with the net on the end thing? I'd see groups of people carrying those, but I didn't think just having those and carrying them around was all that interesting. Probably. In baseball just having a glove is kinda boring, too, so I figured you really needed the ball... But when you really like those sports, I think you end up really caring about all the tools...
