○Once you've got the general plot laid out, it's finally time for the "name", or the "storyboard". For that, you use a normal copy paper (8.5 x 11 paper) and a mechanical pencil. Here in the "name" is where we actually divide the action into panels and pick where to put each line using simplified drawings. Normally, after drawing one of these "names", the mangaka will show it to his editor. And if they give the ok, they can finally move on to drawing the manuscript. BUT! If the name isn't entertaining at this point, you'll hear the echo of that famous phrase, "Reject!" And you'll have to redo it. But in the production of manga, this name stage is extremely important. So I think it's a good idea to read the work over and over and give it revision numbers. In my case, even if I get the OK from my editor, I have a habit of revising parts I think need it quite a bit. ["Rejected" has burst-y marks around it]
