-So they sought to change the past, in order to affect the present day we are living in.

-In order to make a reality where Fukumoto Tsukune has a child, they were going to insert a new personality into Fukumoto Tsukune. This would make her get closer to her true love.

-However in the event that the future did not change, they had one more plan. They used DNA from Fukumoto Tsukune and my boyfriend Kogami Kii to create an army of killer "Alternative Mahou Shoujo". They plan to send them into the world of the past in order to create a "Survival Panic" which would cause the two of them to become closer to one another.

Translators Note

Hi everyone, this is Lingwe the translator for the last five volumes of Mahou Shoujo of the End. We've come to the end of season 2. The final season continues in chapter 44 along with a return to some vintage Mahou shoujo gore.

Because of the monthly release schedule and constant time jumps (and plot holes) it can be difficult to keep track of what exactly has gone on. So to make it easy for you I present a short summary of what exactly the fuck just happened over the past 43 chapters.

Original timeline #1
Season 2 just took place here (in 2030).

Timeline #2
Himeji travelled back in time to 2010 and inserted Asuka into Tsukune. Asuka's brilliant plan to get Kogami to fall in love with her by pretending to have her head flushed down the toilet at school fails.

In 2012 Himeji gets Puppet Master in 2030 to release the killer Alternative Mahou Shoujo through the wormhole. Sayano and Tonogaya also travel back in time.

Timeline #3
Season 1 (chapter 1) kicks off here. The Mahou Shouho invade and this leads to the glorious gorefest of the first 20 chapters. There is also a sub-timeline created here where they are all sent back to 2002. Tonogaya also goes to 2002 to send an email to Fukumoto Snr about meeting Kii at his house.

In chapter 20 Kogami separates Tsukune's soul from her body and sends it to 2030. This selectively changes the future (plot holes) so that Himeji does not have Tsukune's body with which to create the Alternative Mahou Shoujo to send back in time which collapses the space time of timeline 3. Everybody alive on the hospital roof is transported to timeline 4 with their memories of timeline 3 intact.

Timeline #4

Miu is transported to 1992 and since she can't transfer back to timeline 3 grows up in timeline 4. As timeline 3 is collapsing Tonogaya comes and pushes Sayano back to 2030, he also takes Parasite M back to 2004 where he meets now 20 year old Miu.

Chapter 21 starts here. Himeji has Puppet Master from 2030 come back to timeline 4's 2012. They find the hideout, beat everyone up and take Tsukune and Kogami back to the future 2030. Since Himeji now has Tsukune and Kogami's bodies again he has the DNA to create the Alternative Mahou Shoujo to send back into the past again.

Since space time is getting completely fucked (and plot holes) timeline 4 persists in existence and timeline 1's Kogami is able to travel back from 2030 to timeline 4 where he rescues everyone at the end of chapter 43.
