Hokenshitsu no Shinigami 68

Hi, it's been forever! Sorry for seemingly dropping the project - I've been working on my degree but I'm legit 5 weeks away from graduating so I decided to start translating again little by little as my schedule permits.

A few translation notes: I've changed the formatting of my translations to avoid confusions in who is saying what. I also don't yet have a satisfactory way to translate "思念体" except as "thought forms" and I have no translation for "罹人" (kakarito) so keep that in mind.

This translation is reserved for whoever the hell was scanlating it before. If that group isn't interested anymore, then I guess contact me and we'll arrange something.
