The first report from one of the staff members was that “the seals on the lowest level of the prison had been broken”
Biko: 耳を疑った　　最下層といえば危険度がＡクラスの霊がいる
At first I doubted it for on the lowest level, the dangerous A class spirits dwell.
Biko: 封印を確実なものにする為に　僕が作れる最強のフダを作ったつもりだった
In order to ensure the sealing I intended to create the strongest seals
