Appears to be the activation for Ao's spell. All I could find on this suggests it's a phrase used by monks to scold or warn students.

Page 13, O-Bou-san / Mr. Monk / お坊さん
Just wanted to note that this is one of the connections to Ao's name – the "bou" in Aotabou is the same as the one used here for monk/priest. Hopefully we get some real youkai backstory for him soon *O*
