Yanagi: It's still 6th block!! [SL: Since when is did it become "afterschool", you brat?!]

Yanagi: That has nothing to do with this.
Sekina: You're such a loser---Do you actually think you look cool with glasses, you freak?!

Sekina: Just yesterday you were that ass of a friend of Ageo's. Don't act so high and mighty---[SL: You just end up coming off as a jerk!]
Yanagi: Okay, fine.
Sekina.

Sekina: (Well, that's embarassing too..)
[SL: Sekina: Haha, as if.]
Yanagi: Are you always here?
Sekina: Eh..?

Yanagi: Do you hate being around other people?
Sekina: No, not at all. I like everyone.
Sekina: But, sometimes I feel like I'm being left behind.
Sekina: Everyone's so worried about the exams and their futures...they've already started to think ahead.
I can't do what they're doing.
Sekina: (It's strange..)
Sekina: All my feelings just crash together in a jumbled mess, and I can't straighten them out...

Uumm...well this time around, I wanted to stick with a character who was easy to draw.
And since short hair is pretty popular right now, I decided to go with a short haircut.
Don't you think short hair possesses both an innocent and sexy atmosphere?

Now that I think about it, the character in this story has a birthday in one of the chapters, but
I've never really thought too deep about stuff like that before.
The story probably takes place during the Spring (I think...).
I know some mangakas are really specific when it comes to the details.
They even think about what their character's favorite foods are.
It's not that I don't care enough about my characters, but I'm more the type to slowly
discover my characters, layer by layer so I can never decide on one set quality.
It's only in the end that I think "Oooh, this person was THIS type..." (laughs)
