This story has as its main imagery the transformation of a chrysalis into a butterfly.
Now that I think about it though, in the past I've written a story that involved slugs.
Does everyone think I'm into bugs?

To tell you the truth, I REALLLYYY hate bugs! I would never touch them and I'm scared to even look at them!
Something must have happened in my past life involving bugs, I just know it! I get goosebumps just thinking about them!
But don't worry, I don't believe in killing bugs. That would be mean of me.

(But the cockroaches that dare intrude my house is a different story all together!)

Even though I do hate bugs, there's just something in me that keeps coming back to them for some reason...
I don't know what it is about them that intrigues me. Maybe it's the fact that I can feel such a strong energy force coming from such a small living thing...
Watching them live in the single-minded way they do, even as those around them call them bad names, makes me think that there are many forms and reasons for living!
...that's what I think anyway...
