That was what was going through my mind as I wrote this story.
Because...when you feel really sad, you don't want some brainless person coming up to you with a smile saying "Don't give up!".
A person like that deserves a beating!

That's why the two characters here can't be stronger than the other.
Because this story is all about becoming stronger not for yourself, but for the sake of the one you love.

The Chrysalis in "The Chrysalis and the King" makes sense, but I'm often asked what the meaning behind the King is.
Well...there isn't really a deep meaning to it....//mumble mumble//
I thought Yanagi's personality was kind of King-like so...yeah.
And since he does come from an elite family. Oh, and I think depending on the person,
their image of what a King represents is different.
For me, when I think of a King, I think how lonely and isolated they are, and I thought that fit Yanagi perfectly.
