Chapter 85: No mark

Page 03

Ohh~~~ He got You!!
For real! Wow!
I- Is that forgivable?
The Seidou side sure is in an uproar...
....
(1 out~)
He got me....

Page 04

His form isn't just hiding his arm movement.
A moving ball, huh.
To think they had such a pitcher besides the Ace and the Side-Thrower....
Wow! He's in top form....

Page 05

Bottom of the 6th
2outs, runner on first and second.
You can let them hit, Shun!!
We'll catch it.
Definitely catch it!!

Page 06

No matter how many pitches
no matter how many innings I pitch-----

Page 07

as long as they don't take any points
we won't lose the game.

Page 08

Akikawa isn't so bad...
To keep Seidou's line-up at just 2 points after 6 innings! (Nice...)
To be honest, I didn't think it would be like this... // Until I saw You's pitching.
Let's get back at them, Shirsu-senpai!!
Seidou's pitcher is a first-year...?
(Oookay)
Yeah... But he wasn't on the bench at the Kantou Tournament.

Page 09

He's capable enough to keep Tanba and Kawakami on the bench...
Anyway, the final stage will bring the conclusion...
The team who first scores another point, we'll surely be a step closer to victory.
....
Another outside breaking ball...
He throws well placed inside ones too, but the outside ones are more after all...
If it were me----

Page 10

Take some swing and get ready, Kominato.
Be ready at any time.
!
Also, Tanba.
You're----

Page 11

That pitch isn't all that fast, but it's still hard to hit!! // Everyone, hold the bat short and shoot it towards the center!
Yeah!
Let's take a point already and give Shun a rest of heart!!
Get on base no matter what. Dead ball or whatever...
!
What!?

Page 12

The Ace's in the bull pen---
Tanba...
This is a job only you, who shoulders the ace number, can do....

Page 13

Put pressure
on the opponent bench from the bull pen out!!
No way...
Now the ace?
So from the beginning, they were holding him back, planning to go all out in the later half?
N- No...
That can't...

Page 14

Their bench shouldn't have anticipated....
that their starting pitcher would switch out in the 4th inning...
What was also beyond our speculation was
that no mark, first year Southpaw.

Page 15

You can mess up the courses.
Just throw quick.
Don't give the batter time to think----

Page 16

Aww~~ 2 outs!
T- They still have...
two exceptional pitchers in reserve...
Guh.....
Just...
Just one point

Page 17

Just one point seems so far away----
Th- Three easy outs this inning too?
Why can't they hit these pitches...
He's only throwing straights!
But it's a quick and smart pitching. // Though it's looks idiotic.
What was his name again?

Page 18

Sawamura....
Sawamura Eijun

Page 19

Nice ball.
Nice pitching.
Ohhh!?
S- Seidou's big twos are praising me.....
(They're praising me~)
I don't praise you because you immediately let it go to your head.
You guys plan to take this game into extra-innings?
If you're really aiming to rule the nation...

Page 20

then take as much points
as you can in the remaining innings.
Seidou High School switches player.
For number 8, Sakai-kun comes in
Kominato Haruichi-kun
