鳥のない世界で、今静かに新たな歴史が始まろうとしていた
In a world without birds, a new history is quietly stirring.

ここは乙女しか飛行機に乗ることが許されない世界。12歳の少年・アルトは空を飛ぶため、14歳の少女と偽って、パブリックスクールに入学する。
(bottom) This is a world when only maidens are allowed to pilot airplanes. In order to fly, the 12 year old boy Alto has disguised himself as a 14 year old girl and entered a public school.
