TL Note: I don’t usually translate SFX, cause I’m cool like that. (read that as lazy) But I think I should for this one. The ゴゴゴゴ is used for when people are feeling menacing…and the　ツー coming from the scar is a sound effect for throbbing pain, or an ache. So essentially his scar is throbbing. I wonder why~

Kensei: Hmph.

Hongou: Rubber Bullets.

Glasses Doctor: Eh…Ah Yes!!
