This was actually done yesterday, and I 4got 2 post it, sorry.
This is for CxC's use only.

page 1

b1) Fine, I'll go along with your little test, senior Takachiho.
panel1) The full out battle between Medaka and the 13 party has finally begun!
b2) I was thinking of how I would like to test myself out right now.
b3) Tres bien! // I expected nothing less from the perfect student council president!
b4) I couldn't ask for a better girl, dammit!
panel2) However, there's no such thing as a perfect human, and that's the reason for the FLASK plan. // We of the 13 party aren't perfect, // so there's no way you are either.

page 2

panel) Soon I'll have you butt naked, // Kurokami Medaka!! -too bad it's not a seinen, or she really would b naked- // Abnormal(Medaka) and abnormal(Takachiho)! Which one is the greater abnormal?
title) Sigh, what a pain.

page 3

b1) First off, I'll give you a little hint, Kurokami Medaka. // The USB flash memory I have around my neck,
b2) has the results of all the tests I underwent under the FLASK plan.
b3) You understand what I'm getting at right? // From what I hear, you're hear to destroy the FLASK plan.
b4) So if you're able to pry this off of my neck, // you'll be 1 of 13 closer to your goal.
-it's actually 12 since she already beat Unzen, but lets let that fool keep talking.-
b5) You went through the trouble of bringing it here? // From my point of view, it's like a lamb just walked into a pack of wolves.
b6) But, since I can't really understand where you're coming from, it's a little frightening.
b7) It's nothing big, really. You've professed yourself to be a peace lover,
b8) so now I'm giving you a reason to fight in a way that you won't have to make excuses for yourself later.

page 4

b1) And one other thing,
b2) if you think forcing this off of me is going to be easy, you're in for another think!
b3) I feel the same.

page 5

panel1) Medaka-chan put her guard up! That's really rare! I guess that shows how serious she is.
panel2) And she's in a boxing stance just like her opponent. // Of course I don't think Medaka-chan will lose in a match of technique
black bubbles -the whole page-) tap
b1) Hm? // That's a nice balanced stance there.
b2) Wonderful.
panel3) No, it's more dreadful than wonderful. // A 15 year old shouldn't have balance like that! // Just saying her muscles are good, or she's a fast learner canNOT explain the beast in front of me.
panel4) There has to be some kind of secret. // A secret that hides the beast in the form of this little girl!
b3) Since you're older than I am, I'll give you the first move. // Bring it!
b4) Is that so?
b5) Then I'll take you up on your offer...

page 6

-Tiger knee!-
b1) What the!?
b2) A... // A flying knee!?

page 7

b1) Oh yeah, I didn't say did I? // My style isn't boxing,
b2) it's kick boxing!
b3) You tricked us! You cheater!
panel1) That aside... he has some crazy leg power!!
panel2) With no prior movement, his knee reached Medaka-chan's head. // I already knew it, but these guys are sick!
b4) No, you didn't say it...
b5) But it's not like I asked either.
b6) Also, Zenkichi, be careful of what you say. // If you call something like this cheating, Nabeshima-senpai will laugh you to scorn.

page 8

b1) Nicely done! She stopped the knee with a head butt!
b2) That's our Medaka-san!
panel1) No, no... you guys can't say that was nicely done. // What kind of crazy fool would use his head to stop a flying knee?
b3) keh
b4) Then how about this!?
panel2) She's... not trying to dodge, or even LOOK at my kicks!! // Enough with the shit! You do know that I'm going straight for you temple right!?

page 9

b1) Me...
b2) Medaka-chan!!

page 10

b1) Man, that was one serious kick.
b2) If I didn't take that sick dog's training, I would've been decapitated. // I did the right thing by undergoing some training.
b3) And I got the flash drive,
b4) Senior Takachiho, I win.
panel) I don't believe my eyes! // She put the retrieval of the data above anything else!!
b5) hmph!
b6) I see, you have some amazing balls you know that. // It's no wonder Unzen couldn't beat you.

page 11

b1) Kurokami, you're an abnormal within abnormals!
b2) If I weren't here, you could easily make it to the 4th floor!!
b3) But as luck would have it, I'm the strongest guy in the 13 party! // It's nothing to be embarrassed about, you ran into some bad luck running into me is all!!
b4) I have no idea what you're barking about.
b5) Because luck seems to be on my side, // I already have the research data...

page 12

-The World!!-

page 13

-and time flows again-
b1) What the!? When did he?
b2) Damn he's fast!!
panel1) He's fast? No, that's no it. // Well, I do admit he's fast, but that's not just plain old speed. // It's the same as the last time, it's like he slipped right through... by the time you realize, he's already passed you! // It's something clearly different from his leg power or his kicks!!
b3) That's the chosen of the 13 party Takachiho Shigusa. // Totally different from the likes of us.
b4) Don't be mistaken because of my good build, I'm a researcher.
b5) And this research data is more important than my life.
b6) Sorry, but I'll be taking this back.
b7) Like I said, prying this from me isn't going to be ea...

page 14

panel1) That smile! Medaka-chan is really enjoying herself! // She's acknowledged that he's on the same level as she, // however...
b1) That agility of yours... you really are one of the best! // But like I said before, my luck is good.
b2) It's a good thing that the first of you guys I met was one of the best!
b3) In other words, if I can surpass you with physical strength,
b4) then I won't be worried when I face someone else that comes at me with physical strength.
panel2) She's figured out how strong I am? // This girl doesn't look of or drop her guard for anything!!
b5) That's some weird movement you have there.
b6) Without any warning, and by the time we notice something, you've already moved. // It's not that your movements are fast, but more like your judgment to your moves are fast.

page 15

b1) Or,
b2) should I say, // you don't think before you move?
b3) Whatever the case, if I can't understand what it is you're doing,
b4) I'll never get my hands on that flash drive again. // Sigh, what a pain.
b5) So for now,
b6) let's find out exactly what you're abnormal ability is!
b7) Isn't that...
b8) The super ball that Unzen-senpai used?
b9) That's right! I thought something like this would happen, so I borrowed (without permission) junior Unzen's balls!
b0) Of course, I'm not like him, // so I can't calculate the rebound of this many balls at once!!

page 16

b1) Try dodging this full assault!
b2) Senior Takachiho!
panel) Kurokami Reflect!
b3) The super balls are going after him from all angles at crazy speeds!
b4) He won't be able to dodge this with just footwork!

page 17

black bubbles) Whoosh
b1) He dodged that many super balls without one of the grazing him!! // What kind of speed is that?
b2) Zenkichi, you're wrong there.
b3) After seeing that, // I now know that it isn't speed, but he's nimble.

page 18

b1) He didn't think first and then move. // Unless you're junior Unzen, calculating where all those balls would go is impossible.
b2) However, he did just avoid them all.
b3) Simply put, this guys ability is reflex!!
b4) Reflex... you mean like when you put your hand on something hot, you move it without thinking. // Or when there's dust in the air, you instinctively close your eyes?
b5) Exactly, // "Without thinking" and "instinctively".
b6) Before the stimulus reaches your brain, your muscles like a shortcut.
panel) I get it... it's no wonder his starting dash was so different. // But to be able to stand up to this guy, it's like you need to falsify everything you do.
b7) Of course we who think first and then move couldn't keep up with you.
b8) Well, if you're just doing it to avoid us, then we're fine. // But I've never heard of reflexes in close quarters used for counters and attacks.

page 19

b1) HA!
b2) Don't try to copy me and fight reflex with reflex!
b3) But you're absolutely right! Ever since I was born, I had this ability to put my brain on auto pilot!
b4) Regardless of what kind of machine gun you have prepared, or what joystick you're using to control it, you'll never shoot me down!!
b5) BTW! While my muscles fight without the use of my brain, // it has all the time in the world to figure things out.
b6) Meaning, I've found out the secret behind your superiority!
next to panel) These 2 abnormals have figured each other out!!
