After a mysterious attack on the school rooftops, Kenta realizes there may be someone after him or the Dream Note! But just because Kenta may have the power to handle it as Wingman...may not mean it will work appropriately!

Aoi: I gave you the Dream Note because you promised to protect justice. Not even Ken-boy can become an invincible hero, all because of me.
Kenta: Calm down. I can write in the Dream Note to power up my strength, thus I can write for my body to cope with it.

Aoi: The person known as Kenta Hirono can’t change into another person. Since the foundation is Ken-boy’s own body, the recoil will come back to you somewhere no matter how much you power up.

Kenta: So…sorry. (internal) ~~That’s why I really, really haven’t become an ally of justice yet—

TN: Is it just me or did this chapter for some reason remind me a bit in concept of something like "The Greatest American Hero"? Sure the whole concept of Wingman was, but just the whole idea of Kenta being able to "write up" that he has super-speed...but not being able to handle it was just reminiscent of the whole idea. The chapter brings up an interesting concept that sort of allows for Kenta from being super-uber so easily: the limits of the power he can create via the Dream Note is based on his own ability for his body to take it. If he could instantly use any of the powers that he creates, he'd probably be too uber from the start, therefore allowing him to have no problems in facing down any of his enemies. Though one more major note for the chapter: cast a suspicious eye for the "man" who found Kenta after his running spree...mostly cause Aoi has too.
