As for the attack: “Nidan Senpuukyaku” = “Stage Two Whirlwind Leg”…though of particular note, the “Puukyaku” part also has a reading of “Kazaashi” or “Wind Speed”…but it’s “Whirlwind Leg” based on the reading of the attack)

TN: It's strange: for the most part, this probably was the most generic of the chapters of the arc so far...but in a way it wasn't disappointing. Compared to all the brilliance so far in this arc (from the rugby match through the fights with Raiden and Hien), this chapter mostly seemed to be more or less a general fight where Toramaru seems to have the advantage, then Gekkou, then Toramaru does something to retake it, followed by a cliffhanger of Gekkou not being defeated. But I guess while it feels rather generic, there was one really brilliant moment in the chapter: Gekkou "Hadzuki Daisharin", where he pulls out two scimitar only to flip on top of his head and spin across the ice like a top to slash Toramaru! Now that was a bright spot. As for "the one who survived the Kyoura Daiyon Kyousatsu 50 years ago"...I have a suspicion but I want to wait and see if I'm right.
