Doshouboku: A variety of tattoo preferred by those of the Santoushou Kenpo school during China’s Tang Dynasty. It is engraved using a special ink which appears when body temperature increases and it’s used as to increase the density of their body’s cellular structure when they’re coerced by an opponent, hardening their skin.

TN: I'm a bit surprised to say this...but somehow I really didn't seem to like Gekkou until this chapter. Sure he seemed cool prior and his silly top attack last time was funny, but he didn't amp up his coolness until he unleashed his "steel-like" Doshouboku. It's weird though: while the normal fighting seemed more like other series, it's when the weird and gimmicky attacks occur (and the intensity amps up) that the fights really start shining! And speaking of shining, Toramaru really showed not only his skill but that he actually has a brain under all that hair with his combination of a farting flamethrower (yeah, don't try that at home) and attacking the weakening ice platform! (strangely while I already likec Toramaru, even he seemed improved once Gekkou stepped it up) But of course, just because he seems to have won...doesn't mean it's quite over yet!
