It's always the thing that never came true that becomes one's greatest worry in life. When Takashi meets with a woman who seemed to have beauty and success, he may discover that what she's lacking is closer than she thinks.

Takashi: ............(to himself) I was surprised that there were many patients that had come in; further, they were only men.........!!
Patient: Th...thank you very much!!
Voice: Fujii-sama.
Takashi: Due to that, I was called after nearly 2 hours of waiting.

Mihoko: Welcome.

Takashi: Now I get it......!! I comprehend why so many (male) patients came in. If this beautiful doctor were treating them, then each day......

(TN: A "tension pneumothorax" is a life-threatening condition usually invoving the disruption of function in the lungs, disrupting air supply and putting pressure preventing regular breathing)

(TN: An "No-practice day" is a day where doctors don't hold any appointments)
Takashi: Regardless of it being an off-practice day, somehow Mihoko-san was going to treat my tooth as thanks for the other day.
Sign: NO PRACTICE TODAY
Mihoko: Because it's a medical holiday, I won't give you a special fee, so don't worry.
Takashi: Ah...right. That would be inexcusable.

Takashi: Ah, thank you. That was an incredible treatment. (internal): I gave a cheer from my heart for the smiling face of Mihoko-san. I do have a slight jealousy of the Master, whose been put in the hands of a goddess--

TN: It's sort of weird: I sort of expected the chapter to mostly just be "Takashi does it with a dentist" based on the title, but again it turned out to be deeper than that. It was weird that a lot of it was tied to the relationship between Mihoko and the barmaster, but in a way that was the point of the chapter: she wanted him, regretted not getting him while he sort of wanted her yet regretted that he wanted to get rid of her due to his own potential urges pushing him further. Though...considering how most dentists I come across are never young and beautiful, I doubt I have the same "naked" image that they suggest in this chapter for such in that profession.
