(TN: “Kakushi Senbon Danshinsetsu” = “Crane-Beak Senbon Knuckle-Nerve Severence”…though it’s actually slightly tough: the “shinsetsu” in “Danshinsetsu” are two-thirds of the word “shinkeisetsu”, which is “nerve ganglia”, and on their own will probably be “spirit node” or “God node”, but it’s similarity to “shinkeisetsu” made me end up making it “Knuckle-Nerve Severence” as a means to tie them both together in a way)

Hien: Even your prided muscles can’t be tempered in your knuckles. Without a bit of deviation, I pierced the Kakushi Senbon through the nerves of your fingers.
Hien: It’s a type of needle anesthetic…regardless of how much you rise; the top-half of your body is paralyzed. And the will of one of your fingers is losing grip unrelated.
Dokugantetsu: Wh…what--! What’s with that stupid………!!

TN: Let me just say this: I respect Hien a bit more after this chapter. He may not be my favorite first-year or even my favorite Sanmenken fighter, but he does have gall with what he proved this time, particularly after taking his own Youkasatsu to the face and then immediately condoning Dokugantetsu for having a heart uglier than the scars that were just given to him. And that's not getting into his medical knowledge: we all knew he pretty much attacked by using pressure points and having his Kakushi Senbon knock out nerves and paralyzing opponents, but the bit where he throws them directly at the only part of Dokugantetsu that isn't pumped and tempered with his training was a sick but smart move that brought his end. I still think Hien was an inspiration for someone like Haku after this...but hopefully the fangirls in the US don't discover him like he had his noteriety in Japan for a time. Though...he really needs to give Togashi's kanji maneuver from last chapter more credit than he did...
