TN: So then...is Date smart for pulling his "squad switch"...is Gekkou smart for just letting Toramaru stay while he moves...or is Toramaru just a tad too ambitious that it screwed everyone!? It's understandable why Date wanted to make the move: the Third-Years aren't going to mess around anymore and they need someone strong to at least guarantee an easy victory in the third match...well it's either that, Date's hatred of mortality of allies, or the fact that a fight with Momo will end up having the First-Year head steal the spotlight from everyone regardless of partner. But strangely enough, while it wasn't seen as coming until it just hit, the fact that Toramaru and Date were turning into a strange, consistently arguing duo could have been a sign that the two were going to be stuck together in a situation beyond one of their control. We know Toramaru can handle a fight but Date is just too much an alpha to make these things happen. As for Togashi and Senkuu's ending...as much as I admire Togashi for the win, Senkuu just proved his coolness in the end by saving him. Sure it's not as manly as Manjimaru exploding after a cigarette but somehow it befits who Senkuu is...a lot more somehow than Hien, who has grown on me but Senkuu just can be manly and considerate better.
