The Otokojuku/Olympus match has gotten batty, as Henshouki has revealed an army of little friends to face off against the mighty Centaur and his "unicorn"! But are these creatures of the night enough to win against this opponent?

Chp. 112: Secret Technique: Kousou Henjutsu

Henshouki: Fu, their technical name is “Renkoku Bats”, but their other name is “Chisui Bats”. They’re cute fellows……………!! If a person were bitten by five of them, they’d instantly suck the blood out of their entire body.
(TN: I mentioned at the end of the last chapter what the “renkoku” in “Renkoku Bat” is, but “Chisui” of “Chisui Bat” is, naturally, “Blood-Sucker”)

Henshouki: Go forth, my friends!! Show him the secret techniques of Nanchouji Kyoutaiken’s Kousou Henjutsu, admired as one of China’s three great strange fists!!
(TN: It’s hard to figure which the admiration that Henshouki is making for: Nanchouji Kyoutaiken or Kousou Henjutsu, but considering all the bats around, this probably is for the latter but makes more sense for the former…though I would like a translator to maybe make sure whether it was for the technique or just for the first in general. BTW: “Kousou Henjutsu” = “Glittering Instigating Bat Technique”)
Toramaru: Wh—what are we seeing---!! Those bats are starting to spin in a spiral form with Henshouki in the middle----!
Momotarou: Fu…that Henshouki is a terrible man…

Toramaru: And…on top of that, Henshouki is flying on top of them charging towards him~~~~!!

Henshouki: My next attack will be your end. Wherever they come from, my friends will appear simultaneously and swoop down on you.
Toramaru: I…don’t understand: even the human pillars have gone away and I don’t see where those bats are hidden anywhere……!!
Togashi: Wh…where exactly are they………!?
Centaur: This bizarre bloodthirst……………!! They really are nearby. Where exactly are they……!! Do you know, Unicorn?

Centaur: How sad: their concentration on one place has instead ended up getting them harmed!! It’s as natural as plucking off your limbs!!

Toramaru: Aah!! The horse’s tail is coiling around Henshouki’s neck and waving him around---!!

TN: Is it so wrong to say that I like the bats but don't really like Henshouki? OK, Henshouki maybe seems a bit more in his nature with shadows covering him and with that moon-lit background, but as I said before: I love the unique usage of bats in this fight, I just don't like him after all he did in the Paaren Seiha arc. Though I find it really ironic: here it is, Halloween weekend...and I'm translating a night-fight with a guy who uses bats! How ironic is that!? Oh, and somehow Centaur is annoying...but you do have to sympathize a bit with Unicorn for putting up with this.
