TN: I think I'm getting way too used to Otokojuku at this point. The why is simple: the chapter didn't get interesting until we got to the silly gimmicks, including Manjimaru protecting Toramaru from the acid and Taiketsu's top maneuver. It's just sad though: the first part of Manjimaru's fight with Taiketsu was impressive, but it just didn't seem to get interesting until Miyashita started throwing out the villain's gimmicks for the fight. I think that's what Otokojuku is now: it is so tied to the bizarre gimmicks of the characters in the fights that somehow the fights we had before, where we had a couple gimmicks but for the most part was fighting alongside a weird weapon is hard to anticipate anymore with everyone, from Otokojuku side to especially the opponents having one gimmick or another. And speaking of gimmicks...it's great we're finally getting to see Manjimaru's mohawk boomerang again. It may be weird to say but somehow I think this, along with Gekkou's "baseball maneuver" did probably show potential foreshadowing to the proper usage of their abilities they would demonstrate in a later fight...well it's that or he decided it was cool and would use them again. It really is hard to say at this point...
