(TN: While I could get into a whole speech about Heppokomaru never fighting OVER, this is sort of a weird combination of scenes during the "Daiishin Paaren Seiha" arc of the series. OVER's "battle style" is reminiscent of Shitennou member Rasetsu, who uses the battle skills of Toushi Kiha...which essentially involves using your fingers as a weapon while making weird hand signals with them. [with Otokojuku, it's one of those things you have to be there to understand it] The battleground, on the other hand, is "Jikan Hyakuchuurin", the first Paaren Seiha battleground where fighters must fight on a field of sky-high platforms while jumping between them with the threat of falling to their death)

TN: This chapter bugs me...but luckily it isn't in structure of gags and story together. After the disappointment regarding the previous chapter, this one actually much better, spacing out between the action, story and comedy in a better means. For the most part this chapter was a crucial one, both in further setting up Pokomi's character and allowing her to see the true intention Bo-bobo's side had towards her (though I don't get where she's been all this time if she didn't know Heppokomaru was doing all this good saving the world and such) and the betrayal that finally wakes her into working for the right team. (there is also this whole obsession Tsurulina has towards Namerou and his reunion with Pokomi...but that will play out sadly over the next few chapters and...yeah, it really sort of draws towards some of the upcoming weaknesses) As I mentioned before: Pokomi is one of the best characters to come out of this series and I'm happy to have her aboard as part of the team. On the other hand, the thing that bugs me is simply the whole concept of the "Neo-Elite Academy" that is set up by Tsurulina for his new executives of the empire. Where did this school come from...and how long has it even existed? You could sort of handwave it away, considering that Pokomi was there for only a year. But then again...if Pokomi was there for a year then where was she in Pt. 1? There was a year gap between pt. 1 and pt. 2, therefore she wasn't in the academy at all in pt. 1 and would have known about what Heppokomaru was doing. Yeah, Sawai hadn't invented her yet but wouldn't Heppokomaru have mentioned he had a little sister...in particular one who would have known about, say, fighting against Gunkan in their hometown and the good that he and Bo-bobo was doing in saving the world from the Maruhage? Then again there is this: if this school was set up for the Neo-Maruhage forces...then you could say it makes sense there would be so few graduates since it hasn't been around for long with the Neo-Maruhage just set up a year ago. But...it just bugs me whenever we have something that could possibly make sense (did Tsurulina the 4th use it too for his execs...probably not considering we had the likes of Tennosuke who worked his way up through the empire's ranks in a crucial, top-level position) and yet not (if it was around for a year, then how did they find all of these children to go there) Oh well...maybe I'll just forget about it and just laugh and the insane Otokojuku-esque explanation Don Patch had about pt. 1 instead of worrying about some academy that just was built yesterday. (except...well, the fact that the Academy is now being set up to go after them thanks to the 3rd's latest order)
