TN: One thing you have to like about this chapter...though it will probably turn out to be a curse in disguise: when the 3rd prepares for his final battle against everyone...he means it! The mere fact that we have cameos of several characters from the original (even with Rem still being as sleepy as ever) and Hiiragi spearheading a Cyber City invasion just shows that this time the 3rd means it! I have a lot to say about this next chapter though...and a lot of it just isn't going to be pretty. Though at least this chapter prevented me from jumping off the deep end: I was thinking last time that it would be rather hurtful that the 3rd would target Shinken users...but be very contradictory considering himself and several of the revealed fighters use Shinken. But when his big announcement mentioned that "if they surrendered and fought for him, they'd live", that put me at ease. Yeah I get what he wants, but to attack Shinken users and not just, say, commit suicide or take out his own forces would be ridiculous, so at least he knew what he was doing there.

Back with Bo-bobo's group, they were essentially at the top of their game this time around. The main group we've been with for a while all seemed to have great moments, particulary Tennosuke's "idea of surrender" and Gaou facing the inevitable "dissappearing act" that he's been through the last couple volumes or so. (it isn't his fault: either there are just too many characters fighting for time, the fans never caught on to him...or Sawai just forgot; besides, as Bo-bobo said: it's his master, so he should be raging about now instead of sobbing over how forgotten he is) This time, though, finally has the reunion of two notables from the original: Torpedo Girl (who is as grumpy as ever...cause she's a torpedo) as well as Hatenko (whom is a very strange case since we never found out what happened to him and his Ba-baba search in space...and that he's become even weirder/more disturbing with his "chibification" of his Oyabin bit) Yeah, you'd probably sympathize with Pokomi (or Gaou) after all they've witnessed...but you probably are going to need a lot more sympathy for the next chapter.
