Commentary:
Monghoul Piranha…in general, the ferocious nature of the piranha is known, but among them, the Monghoul Piranha, which lives in the Orinoru River of Mongolia, is feared as “The Underwater Devil” by the local people for its large length and its particular brutality. Its fangs will turn a water buffalo that has come to bathe into just bone in tens of seconds when a hundred are together. Incidentally, its meat is terribly delicate and it is one of the three great delicacies of Manhan Quanxi, lined up with swallow’s nest and bear claw.

(TN: A few notes:
The name of the piranha literally is “monghoul”, fusing “mongol” with the “guul” which stands for “ghoul”.
The “Orinoru River” is obviously a parody of the “Orinoco River” of Venezuela and Columbia…where a species of piranha do live in. They don’t live in Mongolia obviously.
While I’m not sure if I mentioned it prior, “Manhan Quanxi” is the “Manchu Han Imperial Feast”, a notable massive feast of 108 meals, including many strange meals…including bear claw and swallow’s nest)

TN: Yeah, that's one thing you really need to come to expect regarding Otokojuku: villians never seem to be done and down for when you want them to be...until they've been utterly humiliated. Honestly, while standard practice at this time (though still really funny), I did like the fact that the way to defeat Qubilai didn't have anything to do with any more Poison-Fist attacks by Eikei...but by taking away a salt-distributing necklace that prevented him from being eaten by hungry piranhas. That's one thing you have to love about Otokojuku even when it gets so cliche: the crazy battle styles and the equally crazy but sensible ways to take them down. Then again, the fact that Eikei has returned is just epic in itself...and is going to need quite a bit to explain how/why it has happened, but that's for next time.
