Translator's Note: First of all, just to get it off my chest: Softon with big, shoujo-esque eyes...is disturbing. Thank goodness he never does that again. Secondly, somehow I sort of find it strange how simple and obvious we get with the first appearance in this series of Serviceman. Like Tennosuke, I find that Serviceman was probably meant to be a character meant for one joke...but becomes one of the most recurring running gags in the series. Furthermore, without that beard and eyelashes that he has in the anime, Serviceman could somehow be mistaken for a sexual predator...then again, in any interpretation, Serviceman could be seen as a problem. Finally this time, I sort of want to tip my hat to one of the most underrated and underused characters in this series: Suzu. Its sort of sad that someone with that much potential is hardly ever used...but at the same time it does make sense. She's pretty much a straight-man character with some abilities...which pretty much equates her as a fusion of Heppokomaru and Beauty. If it weren't for the series just getting crazier and Sawai never really finding a use for her, I sort of wish Suzu did a bit more...but them's the breaks for straight-men. She's just a nice, good girl after all...
