Softon: First of all, the IXEX guys are valorous men who are users of super-Shinken who are come to be from a planned 9 people who are on 3-man formations on 3 teams. They possess a team characteristic respectively of Blue, Black and White.
Softon: The two IXEX you've all defeated up to here are those who belong to the "Black Gambling Cavalry".
Don Patch: Hee.
Softon: The Neo-Maruhage 23-Wards are divided into three large areas that are extremely powerful. Here where we are now is the "Black Gambling Amusement" area, which resembles Neo-Nerima, Kita, Itabashi, Adachi, Suginami, Nakano and Toshima Wards. The other areas are not net known about yet due to the communication with the other areas being completely intercepted from the power of this area's boss.
(TN: The previous sections went over the other wards of this area, including Nerima, Kita and Itabashi. So I think this is the perfect opportunity to talk about all the others in this area with this slight pause:
-Adachi: Previously a post station area notable for the Nishiarai Daishi, one of the three great temples of Kantou, this area became part of the 23 Special Wards as of 1947. It is also known for it's parks and the Tokyo Budokan.
-Suginami: In the western end of the 23 Wards, this area is known both for it's left-leaning politics as well as the location of the Japanese Hewlett-Packard HQ and several anime studios including those for Sunrise, Bones and Satelite
-Nakano: Just east of Suginami, it is mostly notable for it's hotels, concert facility and a building for otaku.
-Toshima: In a northwestern area of the town, it is notable for it's entertainment districts connected to Ikebukuro as well as a large population of Chinese and Korean foreigners living in it)

2. The literal Kanji reading for Gunkan's attack is "Hair Power": basically just like Bo-bobo's Hanage Shinken attacks, Gunkan usually has attacks that are written one way and said another)

Don Patch: STEP BACK, DENGAKU. I'LL TAKE HIM.

TN: This chapter honestly just confused me quite a bit, in both allowing for something that really should have happened sooner...and just smashing it down immediately. As you can see, Giga, Suzu and Gunkan actually were useful for a chapter in attempting to take down Gura-san and at least prove that the insides aren't just a bunch of wimps who laid down and got crushed by Tsurulina the 3rd. But of course...that ended up getting screwed up with "Gura-san's new form" (honestly the first form was creepier...sure this one is is cool but the first one just really showed itself as a monster instead of just another generic cool-looking fighter...like so many villains in this series seem to be these days) and put down immediately. Sure, Giga did show himself attempting himself to eliminate the 3rd's forces prior to Hiiragi but this chapter just proves that somehow these guys really should have done something sooner to fight back instead of just standing around letting Bo-bobo and his group do all the fighting for them. Again, I keep complaining about this, but it just feels like everyone from the last series who for the most part aren't allied with Bo-bobo are just being used as sacrifices to show the main heroes in action. If we had more scenes like the sneak attack with Suzu, Giga and Gunkan together on Gura-san instead of just "let's just show how weak they are to characters who were mysteriously nowhere a year ago and them defeated at their feet", then somehow I wouldn't be complaining as much. And Dengaku Man...well, it's Dengaku Man, so of course he usually wouldn't do much. (though he was funny with the Wiimote bit...though I do notice we get one "team Bo-bobo" member rejoining with each fight around now...so then I guess the little guy is next)

BTW: I have no idea what Don Patch was trying to prove considering he's powerful already so why...become that wolf thing outside a joke? Oh and I almost forgot this but...I liked Beauty at the start acknowleding Softon without calling him "big brother"...knowing that after everything in the Hair Kingdom arc, he has a job to do and can't be distracted from it.
