Translator's Note: I think I finally understand what the heck was going on regarding Rice...just follow along if you can. Rice was hired by OVER to take care of Bo-bobo, combined with Rice's interest in meeting up with Don Patch (who was with him). Yet at his hiring, Rice was given the Kill Seal by OVER and was tailed by Ochoboguchi to make sure he did his job. Rice fought them and lost...and when that happened, the Kill Seal finally activated on Rice and Ochoboguchi finally appeared from the shadows. I can't believe it took me that long to figure out how the heck that happened! (it doesn't explain how Hatenko got his Kill Seal since his was a different matter altogether...but at least I also seem to get now how he was so easily able to lead Bo-bobo both to Puruppu and Evil Blood Mansion) Somehow, with all the silly ninja activities in the magazine that boasted Naruto at this time, it is refreshing to see this sort of matter mocked. But of course, this is just the beginning of the insanity of the OVER arc...and ninja stuff is just one of the biggest targets in what we're about to see! But there's still one thing I don't get: why the heck did Ochoboguchi and N&Ns interact like that at the end? Its as if they already knew each other or Ochoboguchi respected him or even he was just a hired hand by OVER and wasn't needed anymore so he decided to stick around Hajike Block...the world may never know the answer to that.
