Translator's Note: I sort of knew already that Hanpen is powerful, but I sort of finally got from this chapter that...he has this weird complex of "whatever he says is the word of God!" OK, so he is the most powerful block leader and it could have come off as a massive ego complex...in fact, it is a massive ego complex! But at the same time the way Hanpen presents himself and his power over everyone just makes him that great, being intimidating and bizarre, sometimes at the same time! And meanwhile...Tennosuke's food jealousy rears it's ugly head once again...sure it isn't tofu but this will lead to a lot of problems down the line. Oh, and I'm sort of happy we got another bizarre Kinnikuman reference this time around...mostly cause that may be a personal project in the near future! Stay tuned on that!
