When Halekulani was a child, he was an extremely poor child. He had an attachment in facing those with money then, but since then he thought up his Gorgeous Shinken.

TN: And thus...enter Tenbobo. It was bound to happen that with Don Patch and Dengaku Man fusing with Bo-bobo individually, Tennosuke was going to get his turn. Of course, with each fusion, we get the quirks associated with them...and of course, for Tenbobo, it's his double sided behavior, wishing for peace while annihilating an opponent at the same time. It reminds me of that old cartoon done by Warner Brothers known as "The Dover Boys of Pimento U." (directed by the legend Chuck Jones), where their heroine ends up captured by the shady villain only to crush him while screaming for help...so much so that he's pretty much screaming for the Dover Boys by the end. It's sort of going between the line between funny and not with this but we'll see more of why next time...it's a fun fusion but of course with the insanity of past fusions (and with the insanity of fusions coming), I'm on the line with this. Outside Tenbobo, there were a few other classic bits this time, such as Don Patch's diversion to open Hanpen and further depth being added to the bizarre fish-headed soldier which will also be further explained in the next chapter...if Tenbobo doesn't get him peaceful first!

On the other hand and not associated with the chapter as is, I sort of want to apologize for the rate the Bo-bobo chapters are going to be for a while. Due to the means and the situations regarding vol. 15, I have to do that a bit slower than I've been doing it up until now...of course I'm still doing it but it's not at the hyper-active rate as before...luckily after 15 we'll be picking up steam as we approach the rest of the original series :p Until then, I'll be working a bit harder on my new Kinnikuman project, which hopefully a few of you may like just as much as Bo-bobo....then again with all the Kinnikuman references in Bo-bobo, it's sort of like reading one manga in another! (then again I'm still early and nowhere near the memorable part everyone, including Sawai, raves about)

BTW: an added note this late in the game: I finally realized that Tennosuke's "weapon" (which gets sent back to him whether by Hanpen or his own stupidity) are "Nu-merang"! I should have realized it sooner!
