Nube's philosophy of protecting children is derived from feelings gained from his teacher, who now resides in the Oni no Te. But there are still certain problems both may have towards each other...which could lead to disaster!

Nube: No~~that was surprising, Minako-sensei. Aren’t you in a condition where you’re mostly using your spiritual power for suppressing the Oni’s power and continually asleep?
Minako: Today is a Reishouju Day, where your spiritual power increases. With that, my burden has become lightened.
(TN: This is sort of a term I had a hard time finding anything on in Japanese, but “Reishouju Day” or “Reishoujubi”, has a literal translation of “Day of Imparted Spiritual Increase”; thus it’s sort of the inverse of the “Jushibi” day Nube was stuck in back when the Oni no Te nearly absorbed him and Minako-sensei had to reawaken to subdue it.)
Nube: Oh.
Nube: Then for one day today, I’m free to talk with you, teacher. I’m glad for that, teacher.
Minako: Me too, Nueno-kun.

Minako: By the way, this is about that earlier matter…there wasn’t a spirit or anything possessing that woman, was there?
Nube: Th…that’s what I understood. But I was only doing it to relieve that woman who was convinced that there was a spirit possessing her…

(TN: “Manzai” comedy, as I may have mentioned before, is a style of comedy usually involving two people: a comic (boke) and a straight man (tsukkomi). Obviously Nube is the tsukkomi to the weird actions of Minako-sensei)

(TN: Nube uses several insults towards Minako-sensei here, a couple of which I had to translate in peculiar ways to make them work better:
-The first that Nube calls Minako-sensei is “tebagame”, which is a slang term for a “peeping tom”. Since Minako-sensei is female, I chose to go with “Jane” as the means of giving it a nickname.
-The second term, “Nozokima” or “peeping demon”, is the actual proper way of saying “peeping tom” in Japanese. I didn’t really want to use the same term twice and “peeping demon” didn’t feel right, thus I called her a “intruding witch”.)

Nube: N, Noriko, can’t you do the front roll? Alright, I’ll give you assistance.

TN: For those of you who wish to hear a civil, calm and organized rant from me, please hold your ears for the following...trust me...I'll be civil once I get this out of my head...

(takes a deep breath)

BULLCRAP!!! SHE DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HER CHEST AND WAS REALLY FORCEFUL IN HAVING THE ONI NO TE EXORCISING HER…IF HE DIDN’T AND SHE MUTATED INTO A HORRIBLE MONSTER OR DIED……YOU’RE A JERK, MINAKO-SENSEI!!!!! YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HANDLE ALL THREATS IN THE APPROPRIATE MANNER AND NUBE’S MIND, AS LEWD AS IT WAS, CHOSE TO USE THE ONI NO TE ON IT!!!!! IT WORKED, SO LET HIM BE ABOUT HIS HABITS AND WHAT HE DOES AND DOESN’T USE HIS HANDS FOR!!!!! AND BTW: YOU REALIZE YOU’RE NOT FLATCHESTED EITHER, RIGHT!? WHAT YOU CAN HAVE HUGE BOOBS AND BE MATRONLY YET NOT HAVE HUGE BOOBS TO BE SEXY!?!?!?!

Sorry, I really needed to get that out. Unfortunately this chapter, thanks to the selfish and stupid actions of characters, probably has to be one of my least favorites. I'm not saying that it is utterly putrid and terrible like a couple other chapters we've come across...more that it is certain actions that seem to be done in order to teach a "lesson" that just feels like it's complete and utter nonsense even if the main character knows what they're doing regardless. And of course, the whole thing stems from the first two pages and the results of said first two pages. Ultimately it may have been interpreted by Minako-sensei as one way, but I think I interpreted it in a way as such:

1. A massively busty woman needed spiritual help: some would say that a woman that "mature" would sort of be off limits to Nube, considering he's supposed to help children. But last I saw, Nube had several chapters where he used his expertise to help others regardless of who they are. He's a spiritualist who helps anyone, regardless of circumstances. He helps children because of his background (which Minako-sensei is part of), but his family's background helped anyone regardless of need, as long as they didn't get paid for it. This woman was a perfect example of that: she needed help and wasn't looking to pay Nube for it. She just heard rumors and wanted his assistance, which there is nothing wrong with.
2. The woman had "a problem with her chest": obviously you could say "it's because it's so immense", but the spiritual problem could have really been a real spiritual problem. Let alone this: anyone could have had the same problem. It could have been a woman with a much smaller chest...heck, it could have even been a man! It was just happenstance that it turned out to be an extremely busty woman. If it was someone else who had the problem, Minako-sensei probably wouldn't have minded and it would have gone off without hitch, even if Nube used the Oni no Te on it. Which leads to this...
3. Nube was utterly embarrassed by his victim: did you see any sort of "wicked feel" to his face or deviousness like he said at the end? According to the panels, Nube was completely embarrassed and possibly thinking to himself "how in the world could she be my patient" when she approached him. And to make matters worse, she seemed to utterly lead him on into doing what was next: with her cuteness (and attributes), she just seemed to force Nube under her will, yet at the same time force him into a situation where he just felt both trapped and frozen with trying to figure out how to deal with the strangest victim he's ever had. Did you really see any "evil" in his mind when forced into it? And then it lead to...
4. Nube used the Oni no Te on the girl's bust: alright, I have to be frank and ask this: since when did the Oni no Te become the "weapon of last resort" in dealing with spiritual matters? From what I saw, Nube has to use any and all measures that he has in order to deal with the spiritual problem at hand. While many times there are moments where he used many other means to stop a threat, the Oni no Te is Nube's primary means of handling the spiritual problems...and sometimes is the first thing pulled out because Nube wants to make sure that it can be handled...let alone it can handle a lot of the problems that are thrown against it. If Nube needs to use it, regardless of it being an intruding monster or (in this case) a problem on a huge bosom, then he is going to use it. But, once again, there was no true pleasure in doing it more than "embarrassment". He couldn't understand why he was forced to do it...heck, it felt either like a rush of hormones to use it...or more just the insistence of the woman pressuring him to do it that lead to the measures being used. She looked so obsessed in getting this off him that Nube seemed to me like maybe he just wanted to help her out to relieve her. Yeah there is the matter of a man touching a woman's boobs, but that is just natural: some people are boob men and get satisfaction when they touch them (especially ones as sensitive as this woman's). Of course Nube would get some satisfaction but the means by which he did wasn't' even stated as "I wanted to touch the boobs, I'm such a huge perv" more than a slight aside when it was over of "sometimes this jobs has perks". That was it. While we can't go inside Nube's mind to find out if that was what he really thought, that tiny impression was the only true satisfaction Nube showed considering he is a man who likes boobs...and Minako-sensei blew it up into something much more massive and worse.

I know I wasted a lot of time with that here, but I just needed to give off my own impression regarding those first two pages and why it ends up ruining the chapter. Minako-sensei attacked Nube and caused a whole lot of problems over nothing. Did the incident ever change Nube's true mission of helping out children and being a guide to help them grow up right? No, it didn't. Nube was still the same Nube before and after the incident...but Minako-sensei just went off on him to make him seem like the worst lecher and pull childish, foolish nonsense like the whole gym class incident. And worse yet: she made it to the point that Nube couldn't even use his proper powers against a real threat like Saigaki that could have gotten people killed, in particular the students that Nube prides. All this because a busty woman got off with the Oni no Te when Nube was doing his job? And let's not forget: while not as massive as the woman at the start, Minako-sensei isn't flatchested either. But...of course, in this case, it just feels like a double standard: she can be smart and have boobs but no other women can and they are just seductive temptresses that woo Nube away from his true mission. Well think of it like this: if Minako-sensei wasn't his teacher and held in such high regard by Nube, wouldn't she hold something other than a "matronly" nature with her appearance and bosom? Think about that next time she shows up...
