There’s no way the person who saw through the wine Miyabi and I brought with only a sip// wouldn’t notice the smell of rot, the smell of cork from the dessert wine, even if only subtle.

良性らしく転移はないそうなんですがそれでも徐々に大きくなってきてるんで手術をしないとまずいんだそうです//ただメスを入れれば???な感覚が失われていく可能性もあって……
Shizuku- It seems benign and isn’t spreading but still it’s slowly getting bigger and if she doesn’t have surgery, it doesn’t seem good.// But if they cut it out, there’s the possibility she’ll lose her fine senses.
