Heck. Sorry if the translation makes no sense, but translating after all is expressing the same meaning in another language; if I can't understand the meaning, there's no way the final translation has a meaning.

[T/N: I don't really agree with niphredil's translation of Joushuu no Gensatsushi Kubinashi as seen in chapter 83. I think it would rather be “The beheaded string assassin of the Hitachi Province”, with “Kubinashi” being “beheaded”; and then getting the whole name shortened to just Kubinashi.]

『ありゃー　鏡花水月っつってよー♪　｜　そこにいるのにそこにいない・・・　敵認識をずらすって技らしいぜー！』

Chapter Notes
Page 11, Dakini / 荼枳尼
“Dakini” are fairies or godesses from Hinduism and Buddhism. At first, in page 11, Hakuzouzu uses the kanji 槍 (yari, spear) with the reading “dakini”, but he uses the actual kanji (荼枳尼) in page 14.

Page 15, phantom / 幻
The kanji 幻 (hiboroshi) means phantom, ghost, vision, illusion, dream... I think this kanji is the essence of Nurarihyon being “the embodiment of dreams and illusions”, that is, being an illusion or a vision that you can see but not touch, just like a dream or a ghost (Kyouka Suigetsu).
