(Cicadas, and humans…Their lives are over in an instant.)

Natsume: (Gyah!)
sfx: bzzzz

Natsume: (It was still alive…)
sfx: bzzzz
sfx: thump thump thump thump
Nyanko: (How cryptical…)

Title: Natori-san was attacked

Natsume: (Natori-san! What happened?)
Natori: (Uuuh… I was taking an early morning walk along the beach to savour the last moments of summer…)

Natori: (When they surrounded me and messed me up…)
Natsume: (Youkai did!?)

Natori: (No… Fangirls…)

Natori: (It must be my fault for being so fabulous all day round)
Natsume: (I shouldn’t have bothered worrying about him!!)

Title: School horror stories

Tanuma: (Tarou-kun forgot something at school and entered the pitch-dark building to go and get it…)
(There wasn’t supposed to be anybody, but…)

Tanuma: (He heard “Für Elise” being played in the music room…)
sfx: squeeze
sfx: Ugh
Taki: (Kyaaa!)

Taki: (That story was so scary! Right, Natsume-kun?)

Natsume: (A youkai must’ve been playing it… What a wonderful taste in music it has…)
Taki: (It’s not something simple like the background music at a café!)

Nyanko: (Natsume… It’s better if you carry around some salt during this season.)
Natsume: (Eh, why?)

Nyanko: (Salt has a purifying power.)
(And in summer, youkai are very lively, so…)

Nyanko: (You can exorcise impurities with it)
(or use it to set up barriers...)

Nyanko: (And if you put it on your watermelon, it’ll taste even sweeter!)
So convenient!

Natsume: (Is it really okay to use it for that!?)

Touko: (Summer vacation is almost over, how’s your homework getting along?)
Natsume: (It’s fine, thank you)

Natsume: (Shigeru-san, umm…)

Shigeru: (What’s wrong? Takashi!)
Natsume: (Oh… May I borrow a dictionary?)

sfx: disappointed…

Natsume: Oh no… My homework didn’t include any handicrafts…
But maybe I should ask him to make me something anyways…
