Matoba: I’ll erase all of those that are still wearing their winter clothes.
And so, the Matoba clan changed into their summer clothes!

Title: Natsume’s summer clothes

Tanuma: Natsume, did you change to your summer clothes already?
Natsume: Tanuma... Yeah, I did.

Tanuma: When you look at your summer clothes again after a long time, don’t you tend to realize that you have many similar clothes?
Natsume: Yeah... I have a lot of shirts of the same colours.

Tanuma: Like, black and blue?
Me too, me too.
Natsume: No, red and gold.

Natsume: Where they’re swimming up waterfalls.
Tanuma: Huh? Carps!?


TL note: This strip had a play on words that doesn’t really translate. In the second panel, Natsume said that he had a lot of “koi” clothes, and the word “koi” can mean “deep colour”, but when written with a different kanji, it means “carp”.

Obaba: Your scent is very similar to hers... And now that I look closely, your face looks like her, too...
Natsume: Could you show me that mirror?

I’m faintly feeling the warmth from the book of friends...
This mirror must’ve been...

sfx: FLIP
lid: Jelly

Natsume: It’s the lid of a can of jelly!!
Nyanko: Hm? Where’d this mirror come from?

Natsume: Oh, it’s Taki.
Nyanko: Is she gonna hug me again...?

Taki: Hey, black kitty. Say aaahn...

Nyanko: Natsume... We’re going home.
Natsume: Sensei! It’s not as if Taki doesn’t like you anymore...

Nyanko: I’d gladly take her food, even if she threw it at me from a distance of 2 meters and I had to catch it!
I’m gonna go home and practice!
Natsume: He’s burning... Burning with jealousy!
