Narration: 入院中の　短い間に僕は　よく夢を見た。
During the short time I was in the hospital, I dreamed a lot.

Narration: それは　いつも同じ夢で、
It was always the same dream,
小学生の　僕とさくらが　うわばみ池にいて、
Me and Sakura as elementary school students, by the Uwabami Lake,

Narration: さくらが　僕に何かを　言っているん　だけど、
Sakura is saying something to me, but…
何を言って　いたのかは、　いつも起きると　忘れてしまう…
I always forget what she was saying after I wake up…

Narration: でも目覚めた時、僕は決まって　泣いているの　だった。
But every time when I wake up, I was always crying.

Narration: 怪我が治って　登校すると、僕は　「一人で　木登りしてて落ちた　阿呆な子」に　なっていた。
After my injuries healed and went back to school, I was known as the “Stupid kid who climbed up a tree by himself and fell.”

Tanaka.

Boy: ススムー、　ナースは　どうだった　の～～～？
Susumu~, how was the nurse?
Susumu: やめろよー。
Stop it.
Teacher: 辻。
Tsuji.

Narration: まぁ、　以前はというと、　ただの　「阿呆な子」　だったんだけど。

That’s really unusual for her… she’s always received the perfect attendance award.

Susumu: ツトムは　どう思う？
What do you think, Tsutomu?
さくら、　本当に　風邪かな？
Does Sakura really have a cold?

Tsutomu: いじめが辛くて　休んでるのかも　って？
You’re thinking she’s staying home because the bullying is getting so bad?
