Summary and Preview

Believing himself to be useless at football, Aizawa Kakeru opts to become the manager of his school's football team, while his brother Suguru is its ace, and is even good enough to represent Japan. However, Kakeru may be harbouring a strong talent within himself that only Suguru can see, and the two often get into arguments over Kakeru's denial of his skills. Things are made more complicated with the return of Nana, an old playmate of theirs, that likes Suguru and that Kakeru has a crush on.

Area no Kishi raconte l’histoire des deux frères Aizawa et de leur passion pour le foot. L’un (Suguru) est le meilleur joueur de l’équipe du Japon des moins de 15, et l’autre (Kakeru), est manager du club de foot de son collège. Vivez la passion de ces deux jeunes collégiens.

Entre amour, amitié, sport et rivalités fraternelles, vous allez découvrir le foot sous un angle tout à fait nouveau. Oubliez les clichés des Shônen du Jump, et vivez une véritable histoire emplie de drames et de passion. Un conseil, lisez au moins le manga jusqu’aux chapitres 5-6, chapitres qui marquent un véritable tournant. Cette histoire qui aurait pu être inspirée de la réalité, et que vous auriez vous-mêmes pu vivre, ne vous laissera certainement pas indifférents.
