Summary and Preview
Tono Takaki and Shinohara Akari were childhood friends, initially brought together by their love of books and experience of being transferred from the country to a Tokyo school. After their elementary graduation, Akari was forced to move away by her family. The two of them tried to keep in touch through letters, but they began to slowly drift apart. As they both move forward in their separate lives, Takaki can't help but reflect on all the times they've shared, and wonder if they will ever have a chance to be together again... [tethysdust]
