Gintama 12

To remain as we are, wearing blinders over our eyes

hane ue garu kono kodou
It throbs above us splashinig

Itami no kazu dake tsuyokunaru
It's only as we count our pain that we gain strength

See? Dawn is so close

That is the one thing we shouldn't change

Boku wa itsumo hitori tachitomatte shimau

But finally I could no longer progress

何も見えない君は言った
Nani mo mienai kimi wa itta
You said that you couldn't see anything.

「正解なんあとからついてくればいい」
Seikai nan atokara tsuitekure baii
'Being correct wasn't enough after all'

Sono daiiji na mono ha sutetecha dame da yo
But you musn't throw away something so precious.

辛い時は進んでる証拠　そう思えばいい
tsurai toki ha susunderu shoukou sou omoebaii

ビルの隙間から山並みの縁が光り出す
BIRU no sukima kara yama nami no suchi ga hikari dasu
Through gaps between buildings the light shines through making them seem like mountains.

賽は当に投げられた
Sai wa atari ni nagerareta
We fall as we offer ourselves.

さぁ　僕等掴み取る時が来た
Saa Bokura tsukami toru toki ga kita
Now the time for us to hoist ourselves upward has come

極夜の日々よサラバ
Goku yoru no hibi yo saraba
To bid farewell to those long nights.

悲しみに耐え抜いて
Kanashimi ni tae nuite
Bear with your sadness just a bit more

地べた這いつくばっただろう
chibeta haitsuku batta darou
Crawl upon the dirt if you must

汚れた手は美しく
Yogoreta te wa utsukushiku
Those filthy hands are a type of beauty too

共に走り出すなら痛みも全部
