Summary: Sakurakouji Sakura witnesses the scene of the new mysterious transfer student, Oogami Rei killing people with his blue flame. And she was being watched closely by Oogami in order to ensure that the secret did not leak. Sakura suddenly advises Oogami to turn himself in to the police. However, as Oogami tells her that he is a Code: Breaker, he tries to burn Sakura, the witness, to death.
