[TN: After returning from Japan, completing a hellish assignment (including losing about two hundred words in a crash and having to retype them from scratch), taking a breather and getting somewhat addicted to Tales of VS, I'm finally back and getting down to work on my backlog! Syaoran: You said it, didn't you? // That we were precious to you.

[TN: Particularly considering the stuff he says in the following chapter, this doesn't seem to make sense. I think it might actually mean "without the permission of the one who drew them inside". Can I get a second opinion from a native speaker? >_<]

You're right it actually CAN'T be the first sentence ! Otherwise Shaolans and Sakuras will just say : "ok guys, now that we're in, let us get out now !" xD
I'm not a native speaker but that's how another guy translated it ! (but some others translated it the same way as your first sentence.)
